We are excited to share that the students, staff, and families of St. Joseph School have far exceeded last year’s mission collections, raising an incredible $1,114! This total includes the prize money from the Earth Day Essay Contest, won by Jackson Reed—congratulations, Jackson!
The entire amount will be donated to a mission project in Tanzania through Sr. Marian and Sr. Tina of Catholic Rural Ministries. These dedicated sisters use the funds to support children and their families in Tanzania, improving access to clean drinking water and essential resources.
A portion of the donation will help St. Charles School in Tanzania purchase water barrels for safe drinking water. The remaining funds will support a water filter project providing clean water to families in need. Sr. Marian and Sr. Tina regularly travel to Tanzania to assist with these efforts, and they share inspiring photos and stories with our students, helping them understand the real impact of their generosity.
We are truly blessed to partner with Sr. Marian and Sr. Tina in this much-needed mission. Thank you to everyone who contributed—your kindness is making a difference across the world!
